FRESH SUPPORT
When you purchase a Fresh System you receive
3 months support including free after hours support. After this period,
clients are invited to purchase an annual maintenance and support
contract which entitles clients to helpline support between 7am-7pm
AEST and all software upgrades, bug fixes and new features (although third party licences and upgrades may be an additional cost, eg. operating systems, Oracle, fax/emailing software, etc).
(Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, however after hours charges
apply to support calls on weekends, QLD public holidays and 7pm-7am week days.)
